Will Etch be free?
Yes. When Etch launches, everything it can do at that point will be free during the MVP period. Sealed bundles, public share links, unlimited Etches. No paid features yet. When Pro ships you'll see clear notice in the app first.
Once you're using the app
The next few sections apply once Etch is live on the App Store.
Account & sign-in
Can't sign in with Apple?
Make sure you're signed into iCloud on your device, then try again. If the issue persists, email us with your device model and iOS version.
Want to delete your account?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate. All your media is purged from our storage within 24 hours, and metadata within 30 days. You can also email us to request deletion.
Bugs & issues
Email us with:
- Your device model (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro)
- iOS version (Settings → General → About)
- What you were doing when it broke
- A screenshot or screen recording if possible
The more detail, the faster we can fix it.
Feature requests
We read every one. Email us with the subject line “Feature request.” No promises on what makes the cut, but the list directly shapes our roadmap.
Press, partnerships, and everything else
Same email: support@stalwartcrest.com. Use a clear subject line (“Press,” “Partnership,” “Legal,” etc.) and we'll route it correctly internally.
